If you have a manufacturer, model number or specification in mind, include it in your inquiry. For a multi-item project, list the quantities and priorities.

What a written quote should cover

• Exact products, specifications, quantities and any required accessories.
• Product availability and estimated lead time.
• Product pricing, applicable taxes and shipping costs.
• Delivery method, receiving requirements and any installation exclusions.
• Payment, cancellation, return and warranty terms applicable to the supplier and product.

Business documentation

If your organization uses purchase orders or tax-exempt purchasing, mention that in your inquiry. Acceptance and any required documentation must be confirmed before purchase. Please do not send tax IDs or other sensitive documents through the contact form.

Returns, cancellations & warranty

Terms will depend on the product and supplier. Do not assume equipment, custom products, assembled items or freight shipments can be returned. Applicable eligibility, deadlines, restocking fees, return freight and warranty procedures must be provided in writing before an order is accepted.

Manufacturer warranty coverage and service responsibility will be identified for each confirmed product. No manufacturer warranty or authorized service relationship is represented at this stage.
